About client:
Our client is a civil construction company, that design and deliver Civil projects and water and wastewater asset works, bulk water asset upgrades and capital infrastructure projects.

About role:
Civil Site Supervisors with at least 3-5 years’ experience on Sydney Water projects, As Site Supervisor you will work closely with our Project Managers and Engineers to ensure the ‘day to day’ site works of each project are delivered successfully, meeting both internal and external commitments.

Key requirements:

- Manage civil construction projects on-site, including management of internal work crews and subcontractors
- Maintain a safe workplace for everyone
- 3-5 years’ experience on Sydney Water Assets
- Must be Sydney Water accredited
- Confined spaces ticket required
- Experience with Portables, Stormwater, Wastewater and Civil/Plumbing/Sydney Water projects
- Coordinating daily operations and acting as the primary point of contact for both critical and routine matters.




- Demonstrating unwavering dedication to safety, possessing a deep understanding of WHS best practices.
- Assisting in the upkeep of project schedules, programs, and documentation.
- Collaborating closely with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Delivering consistent project updates and cost reports.
- Planning and staging with the delivery team of construction activities
- Track and schedule resource, plant, and material requirements
- Implement & manage Protected Working documentation
- Knowledge of Syd Water specifications
