Experienced Concreter required for the City of Gold Coast

Your new company

Hays Specialist Recruitment is currently seeking applications from experienced concreters to work alongside the City of Gold Coast Council's Civil Construction crews.

Your new role

Based within City Infrastructure - Construction, you will be responsible for setting up, boxing, screeding and finishing concrete for council footpaths, bus bays and ramps, kerb and channels. Finishing experience is essential. In addition to this, your role will also include:

- Assisting team with site clean up
- Heavy lifting of bollards etc.
- Digging
- Shovelling
- Raking
- Trowelling
- Pouring concrete
- Patch and repair cracked footpaths

What you will need to succeed





The successful applicant will come from a strong concreting background and be available for an immediate start, along with the following:

- White Construction Card
- Concreting experience
- MR Licence (highly desired)
- An up-to-date CV detailing your experience within the relevant field
- Two references from your two most recent employers

Monday - Friday role with full time hours. You will have one dedicated Hays consultant who will work closely with you throughout your assignment and liaise with you for future opportunities and availabilities.
