Constructions Group (Aust) is a commercial construction company with 28 years of trading experience across a wide range of industry sectors including Multi-Residential, Commercial, Health, and Industrial. We are seeking a Project Manager to work on upcoming projects ranging in value from $15m to $60m, principally in the Brisbane area.

This is a permanent, long-term role with our company. The role includes all aspects of the project commencing at the beginning of the project and seeing it through to a satisfactory handover to the client.

We have a number of projects commencing and roles available.

The successful applicant will have:

- Experience managing all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction to the handover and defect liability period.
- Skilled with the management of all contractual requirements, including Australian building specifications and standards
- Adept at using project management software and implementing project delivery systems and construction programs
- Extensive knowledge of Contracts management and Subcontractor negotiations
- Positive financial oversight and budget control




- Overseeing HSEQ compliance
- Staff management and full team leadership
- The ability to liaise with Clients, consultants, local authorities, public utilities, etc.

To be considered for this role the successful applicant will have.

- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Multi-Residential Construction.
- 3+ years working in a Project Management role
- A proven track record of successfully delivering multi-residential projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- A background in project planning and organisation
- Strong leadership and team-building skills,
- Thorough understanding of HSEQ compliance
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
