About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Module Homes Hire P/L (a member of NASH), in Greater Sydney. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

- Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews, tradespeople and subcontractors on site
- Monitoring site safety and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Identifying and addressing any issues or delays on site in a timely manner
- Liaising with clients, project managers and other stakeholders to provide progress updates
- Overseeing the implementation of quality control measures
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of site activities

What we're looking for

- Fair experience as a Construction Site Supervisor, ideally in the prefabricated/modular homes industry
- Certain knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment and safety protocols
- Good problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills




- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schedules and specifications
- Qualified Supervision Certificate
- Current construction industry white card
- Communicate with Chinese may be advantage but not essential.
