Your new role
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical activities on site, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe work environment. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Overseeing and supervising electrical installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Reviewing and analyzing project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Reporting on construction progress, including achieved activities and delays.

What you'll need to succeed





- A QLD Electrical Mechanic's License is mandatory, with HV Switching Operator and S1,S2,S3 & G2 preferred.
- A problem-solving attitude, motivation, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Technical proficiency with experience in document control (Aconex), online safety systems (Field Leadership/Hazard Reports, etc.), and Microsoft Office including SharePoint.
- 2 years of existing experience as a Supervisor, preferably in direct and contractor supervision.
- Ability to report on construction progress accurately.
