Your new company
We have partnered with a highly reputable and respected Builder based South of the CBD. They specialise in Luxury Homes and Apartments up to $15m and are looking to expand their team with a talented Estimator

Your new role

- Involvement in the tender process
- Pricing current and future projects
- Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Collecting and analysing SOW to estimate cost of labour, subcontractors, time factors and other impacts on the construction of the project
- Set programs and budgets through to handover

What you'll need to succeed

- Minimum 5 years' Estimating experience in Construction total




- Minimum 2 years' experience specifically estimating luxury residential projects in Australia
- Confidence when liaising with architects, subcontractors and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
