The Client

A strong Government Department is looking for a competent and focused Estimator in Cairns. They are looking for someone who has enough experience to come in and hit the ground running.

Your Chance:

Take on this great contracted role to expand your building and construction experience. Looking for a person with trade qualifications that have experience in estimating.

About You

Some of the key responsibilities required of the position will include the following:

Produce high quality tender and quotation documentation for building projects and prepare accurate and timely estimates, quotations and project trade packages; including material lists and construction programs.

Coordinate and undertake the delivery of a high-quality condition assessment services for clients,



including inspections/surveys of building elements and construction materials including collecting samples of suspected asbestos containing materials for laboratory testing.

Undertake inspection services including tenancy management services and maintenance referrals on behalf of Government Employee Housing.
