The Role & Project

MACA are seeking experienced HD Fitter’s to join our Maintenance team on a 2/1 Roster, Flying from Perth to The Eliwana Project. An iron ore mine operated by the Fortescue Metals Group (FMG) and located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, 90 kilometres west of Tom Price.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:





- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate – Heavy Duty Mechanic.
- 2 years’ experience in general maintenance, breakdowns & performing major plant overhauls.
- Exposure to online OEM parts systems and Microsoft office suite.
- High Risk Licence - Dogging
- High Risk Licence - Forklift, and Crane (Desirable)
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Current and valid HR Driver licence.
- Must have a “Can Do” attitude to work and safety.
