Your new company

You will be working within the City of Gold Coast maintenance team based across the multiple depots on the Gold Coast.

Your new role

Based within the parks and gardens division, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing and the improvement of areas which include: Parks & Gardens. Duties will include planting, pruning, mulching, mowing, removal of green waste, weed removal/spraying, utilising leaf blowers, chainsaw and pole saws among other duties as required.

What you will need to succeed

We are seeking candidates' who pride themselves in their work, and posses a high attention to detail. You will be a reliable worker who thrives in a team environment and has safety in the forefront of your mind.





- Candidates who apply must have previous and recent horticulture experience
- Cert 3 Horticulture Certificate and or gardening/landscape experience (highly desirable)
- ACDC Spray Licence (desired)
- Chainsaw Ticket (desired)
- MR Licence (or higher - desired)
- Construction White Card
- Provide two recent references including one from your most recent employer

Monday - Friday. This role will include a 9-day fortnight with full time hours available. You will have one dedicated Hays consultant who will work closely with you throughout your assignment and liaise with you for future opportunities and availabilities.
