Our work involves intricate landscape construction on prestigious residential properties across Sydney, and we are looking for experienced Landscapers to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Position

Your key duties will include:

- Assist with site set out and levelling of grounds.
- Site preparation.
- Planting, transplanting and replacement of plants.
- Installation of landscape materials, including pathways, garden beds, planters, fencing, paving etc.
- General garden maintenance, eg: pruning, mulching, weeding, fertilising, as required.




- Cleaning and maintenance of all site areas.
- Outdoor based role under all weather conditions.

- Responsible for workplace health and safety.
- Development and training of team members.
- Outdoor based role under all weather conditions.
- Working across multiple sites.
- Mentoring young and inexperienced workers and supporting them in their work to produce quality work.

The Requirements

As an experienced Landscaper at Robert Plumb Landscape, you will be a team player, with excellent communication skills and take pride in the prestigious residential projects that you will work on.

To be considered for this role you must have:

- Experience in similar role.
- Qualified in Landscape Construction or similar.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Sound knowledge of horticulture, soft and hard landscaping, and relevant pesticides and chemicals.
- Current NSW drivers license (own transportation preferable).
- Current OHS White Card
