We are looking for an experienced and reliable maintenance coordinator to join a friendly team in Moorabbin. Reporting to the maintenance manager, the role will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinating all maintenance workers;
- Schedule the Maintenance team to ensure a high level of performance in terms of time, safety, quality and compliance
- Project day to day scheduling including forecasting workloads up to 4 weeks ahead across multiple clients
- Ability to provide prompt customer service to all maintenance requests




- Ensure customers are kept informed of schedule changes
- Build positive relationships with Clients, Trades & Suppliers
- Drafting and amending documents as required
- Sourcing and ordering materials and monitoring deliveries
- General Office duties (filing, photocopying, scanning, printing of plans)

The successful candidate will require:

- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner, well-spoken and well presented
- Positive and professional personality, punctuality and reliability
- Building and construction industry background & knowledge preferred, but not essential
