This job is with a large civil construction company who are working on a large mining project. This organisation works on a number of different projects across Australia through contracting mining services and delivering minerals solutions to customers worldwide. Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Mobilisation of staff, ensuring qualification and training are complaint with site requirements, ordering PPE and processing all new starters' paperwork.
- Using site specific systems such as SAMS, ERMS, Workflow, CT and/or Pronto or similar
- Planning and coordinating the mobilisation of manning requirements for shutdown maintenance and projects
- Organisation of rosters, flights, accommodation, vehicle hire and site access
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Experienced in MS word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have the following:
· Previous experience in a high-volume mobilisation role and exposure to shut downs
· Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
· Ability to work well under pressure and use their initiative when given various tasks
·A service-oriented and flexible approach to the changing demands and priorities of the business whilst ensuring compliance
