ABOUT AERISON:

Aerison is a broad-based engineering design and construction company self-performing multi-disciplined EPC, engineering and design, construction and maintenance services to various industries and clients across Australia.

YOUR IMPACT:

We are currently seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to organise and coordinate the mobilisation requirements for allocated shutdowns and projects within the Aerison business, ensuring employees are adequately trained, compliant and able to work as required. Based in our West Perth Corporate Office, this role is Mon - Friday and will see you working closely with Project Managers.

- Processing and coordinating the mobilisation of manning requirements for Projects, Shutdown and Maintenance work using Rapid Crew Mobilisation System.
- Coordinate any training, medicals, DAS, PPE and site inductions for existing workforce and staff
- Booking and organising flights, vehicles, travel and accommodation for staff and workforce
- Mobilise personnel through any client or site-specific databases (ERMS, INX etc.)
- Review of employee qualifications and ensure all pre-mobilisation requirements are met prior to personnel Mobilising to site
- Providing updates on current manning access to the recruitment and operations teams
- Relationship management with key internal stakeholders / contacts
- Ensure that the employee records and qualifications are kept up to date
- Maintains an accurate account history of all contact made to existing and potential candidates into recruitment system
- Communicates in a professional manner with internal and external stakeholders




- Ensures all required administrative tasks are undertaken in a timely manner

WHAT YOU’VE DONE BEFORE:

- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the mining and resources sector
- Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ideally you will have previous experience mobilising personnel to BHP, FMG, Rio Tinto or similar clients/sites
- Ideally previous exposure to Rapid Crew Mobilisation System or similar
