The Role
We have a outstanding opportunity to join our team as a Partnerships Manager. This role will support the delivery of servicing requirements for PA’s portfolio of sponsors. Based in Sydney Olympic Park, this role will involve managing and nurturing relationships with sponsors whilst providing a high level of service, leveraging sponsorship investment with PA, through best-practice relationship management, contract performance and sponsor servicing. Key responsibilities include:
• Build and maintain positive and constructive relationships with all PA sponsors and coordinate regular comms to keep them up to date and informed.
• Support sponsors with campaign development and activations, including approvals where PA intellectual property features.
• Assist with the development and activations within the Australian Paris 2024 Paralympic Games Commercial Program.
• Manage Sponsor requests for athlete engagement/ appearances, and footage requests (end-to-end).
• Support the planning and delivery of both PA & sponsor events when required, including sponsor forums.
The Person
The ideal person for this role is a team player, highly organised and has a strong customer service approach. You have worked in a commercial or for-purpose role previously and are now ready to take the next step in your career. You are happy to roll up your sleeves, working to tight deadlines and competing priorities. Equally you enjoy taking the time to build relationships fostering a positive and professional approach to customer experience. You are comfortable in either a room filled with no one you know or a room filled with everyone you know. You have strong administrative and project management skills and enjoy variety in your role.
