A leading boutique firm of Architects are looking to hire a high calibre Project Architect to join their team. This successful firm have a variety of locked in work for the next 2 years and are looking to expand their team across a variety of projects within Multi-residential, Mixed Use and Childcare facilities.
As a Project Architect, a full-time permanent position will be on offer, with potential to progress into a Senior position further down the track. They posses an excellent work life balance and culture and have a hands on environment, so you will get as much exposure on projects across all phases.
The key experience my client is looking for; is an experienced Project Architect who has solid experience working on Multi-residential, Age care or Mixed use projects within Australia. This person must have experience managing projects across design development right through to construction documentation delivery phases on Revit.

- Production of detailed workings, plans, drawings, schedules and specifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years local experience working within Australia in an Architectural practice
- B.Arch or M.Arch degree
- Must be living in Sydney and have permanent or Australian Citizenship
- Revit is essential (non negotiable)
- Experience across design development right through to full construction completion of projects
- Extensive experience leading projects across delivery phases from DA,DD right through to Construction phases.
- Project experience within Multi-residential, Mixed-Use, Retail, Age Care, Hospitality and health projects is essential
