Project Coordinator for the onsite implementation of the HVNL and section 13 Work Related Road Safety

Your new role

Capturing all information on heavy vehicles at the site gate using the Veyor application to ensure compliance with the HVNL and Frequent Heavy Vehicle Safety Requirements.

Stop all heavy vehicles entering site and ensure that all drivers have either a CoR compliant booking or complete the unscheduled arrival questions.

Train traffic controllers in Veyor and CoR requirements.

Manage the traffic controllers to ensure that they assist with the CoR questions when assistance is required during busy periods.

Ensure that all frequent heavy vehicles entering site meet the Frequent Heavy Vehicle Safety Requirements.

Report breaches in heavy vehicle management, CoR, or the load/unload procedure to the Project Manager, Site Manager or Safety Manager.





Update vehicle register on a monthly basis and provide input to the client.

Lead the discussion on CoR performance from a site perspective in the team construction meetings in terms of what is working and what is not working.

Develop and present discussion on CoR at monthly team meetings, show evidence from Veyor to highlight performance and illustrate to the team what requires improvement.

Attend subcontractor CoR audits to assist the team as required.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar position within the construction industry is essential. Systems experience with Veyor and Acconex.
