Our client is a tier 2 construction company in Sydney. They are seeking a Project Director to manage a high-performing team of Project Managers to deliver high-end mixed-use projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Mentor and develop junior project managers.
- Prepare and organise pre-commencement of projects on site, including external and internal inductions.
- Prepare and issue detailed site dilapidation reports before commencement on site.
- Set, prepare, and run weekly PCG meetings with clients, prepare and issue PCG meeting minutes
- Organise and manage the internal site team for works, project sites, and tasks
- Manage and track project budgets.
- Attend pre-construction meetings as required.
- Liaise with the designer about changes required on-site or RFI required on plans or documentation.





What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor of Construction Management or Engineering.
- Ideally, the candidate should have 8+ years of experience in mixed-use construction.
- Experience with projects exceeding $70M.
- The candidate should show exceptional problem-solving skills while keeping people on side and motivated
- The candidate should be experienced in running a team of PMs and have the ability to teach and mentor the team.
