The Role:
As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful execution of a diverse range of commercial projects. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality objectives. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and the client.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial projects, from feasibility and design through to construction and handover.
- Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Oversee consultant and contractor procurement, contract management, and project reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring explicit communication and addressing any issues or changes as they arise.
- Monitor project progress,



manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure all projects comply with regulatory standards and health and safety requirements.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Proven experience in project management, specifically within the commercial construction sector.
- Previous client-side experience, managing projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, and timelines.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all project teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
