ABOUT THE POSITION.

Joining a very well-resourced team, you will be responsible for the construction of a multi-residential project valued above $45M. This opportunity offers a strong pipeline once this project is complete, with great opportunity to accelerate your career and establish yourself as a long term asset to this company. As a Project Manager,



you will play a pivotal role in managing all elements of the construction process, whilst ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within the Client's allocated budget.

DUTIES.

- - WHS management
- Programming
- Budgeting
- Cost control
- Forecasting
- Client management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

- Experience as a Project Manager on commercial and multi-residential new-build projects valued above $20M
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong track record of proven ability to complete projects end-to-end with a strong focus on quality
