Qualifications & experience
- Ability to use cost planning soft ware for take offs
- Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
- Good computer skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Cost planning projects
- Preparing Scope of Works for Subcontractors & Suppliers
- Sending out and evaluation of tenders
- Preparing & submitting variations for clients & subcontractors
- Assisting with cashflows, purchase orders & progress claims
- Take off's for material orders
