ROLLER OPERATORS

BCP Group is a long established company based in Busselton W.A. with operating divisions covering civil contracting, plant hire, sand extraction & supply, demolition and liquid waste. BCP are currently seeking experienced Roller Operators.

Essential Attributes

To be considered for this position we are seeking the following skills and experience:

- Construction Industry Induction (White/Blue Card)
- Must hold RIIMPO317F - Conduct roller operations
- Experience operating Rollers in Civil Construction (minimum 6 months experience)
- VOC for Roller Operations completed within the last 6 months (Desired)
- HR License (Desired)
- Experience working with final trim grader ops, on both smooth drum and multi tyre rollers.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and effectively while unsupervised and as a team member.




- Demonstrated willingness and ability to comply with Workplace Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental legislation and plan requirements.
- Demonstrated understanding of maintenance / operational requirements of plant and equipment and willingness to undertake minor maintenance activities and replacement of consumables.
- Ability to pass a drug/alcohol screen & company medical.
