As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be required to provide subject matter expertise (SME) on the nCino platform, Salesforce.com Platform, and technical design for clients over $25 billion in assets on primarily Partner led projects of focused scope under general direction. This position will also require SME and configuration on client paid engagements for optimisation enhancements and new feature implementations in Customer Success. Help customers to analyse their current architecture, define their target and develop a roadmap to implement our leading Bank Operating System built on Salesforce. You will then help them to realise the benefits of our Bank Operating System by being the Technical Lead for the Enterprise Delivery Team. This position is based in Melbourne, Australia

Responsibilities

- This position is primarily technical (drawing on advanced technical and/or Salesforce.com product and managed package knowledge), with additional analysis and project management responsibilities.
- Apply deep technical expertise in Salesforce declarative and programmatic automation tools, integration and deployment API's, and enterprise application best practices in a both a consultative and hands-on fashion to ensure implementation project success
- Collaborate with internal and 3rd party cross-functional teams to provide SME for Design and Build alignment to the nCino Gold Standards where applicable.



Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders to govern solution construction and guide overall technical implementation.
- Work with nCino and System Implementation partner teams to perform design reviews of in-progress builds, ensuring work aligns with business requirements, approved technical designs and overall implementation quality.
- Exhibit exceptional analytical and presentation skills and be able to communicate findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodology
- Promote change management to ensure optimal user adoption of current technologies
- Be a results-driven self-starter who takes initiative, solicits and listens to feedback, and can work independently in a rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications

Required:

- 4 years full time Salesforce Administration or Implementation experience required, Salesforce.com certification a plus
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Familiar with local banking regulations and governance
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time
- Experience designing Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Validation Rules, Work Flows and Approval Processes for automated alerts, field updates and email generation according to application requirement
- Knowledge of Security standards specific to the financial services industry.
- Data management skills, including advanced Excel and SOQL skills
- Strong research, analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Highly professional with strong communication skills especially in solving complex credit-related challenges in the financial services industry
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work outside of standard business hours as necessary

- Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce
- Knowledge of Form Generation tools such as Conga and Drawloop
- Multi-lingual fluency preferred
