Your initial tasks will involve the delivery of large-scale high-rise residential and recent build Aged Care construction projects. You will act as both a client-facing and superintendent representative.

Opportunity
As the company builds on its reputation and continues to be awarded projects, this is a great opportunity to join the team whilst reporting to the two Directors.

You would be the sole Project Manager and given full autonomy to complete the above-mentioned projects.

Responsibilities

- Managing costs, and contractual matters acting as the superintendent




- Engaging with Consultants and Trades to ensure the completion of projects is both on time and of a high standard
- Manage the delivery stage of construction
- Effectively communicating with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Property Management/Development, or similar field.
- 5 years minimum working in the construction industry as a Project Manager
- Head contractor experience preferred
- Must have worked on the client side (recently)
- Residential/Accommodation experience preferred
