Strong mid-tier Commercial Builder need experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team.

Your new company
This Canberra born construction company have a 40 year long history of successful project delivery of small, medium and large commercial builds. They have multiple divisions to the business and strong ongoing and upcoming pipeline of projects. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team to deliver $50m greenfield commercial project

Your new role

- Manage the efficient and profitable delivery of projects, initially $50m greenfield commercial build
- Scheduling, procuring of materials and subcontractors, oversee contract management
- Create and manage construction programme and track progress
- Collaborate with the wider team to monitor WH&S; of site
- Ensure projects are under control and completed within timeframe, budget and to client satisfaction
- Manage risk and opportunity across all projects

What you'll need to succeed





- Bachelor Degree in Construction or related discipline ideal,
- Proven ability to successfully deliver large commercial construction projects on time and to budget
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of construction processes and requirements
- Ability to work with urgency to meet deadlines
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- A true passion for your work and solid attention to detail
