Job description

ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This company is a highly respected Civil contractor with an annual turnover over $250m. They specialise in delivering iconic projects ranging over $50m. Having delivered some of Australia's true landmark projects, this company is highly regarded as one of Australia's best Civil Contractors.

Due to recent expansions and having won multiple projects to start in the next couple of months, this company is now looking to employ a well experienced and highly regarded Senior Project manager to oversee the delivery of an upcoming project.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the successful candidate will be managing and delivering a medium scale project in Canberra. You will be responsible for the overall planning and budgeting for each project with a strong focus on safety and client relationship management.

DUTIES.

Your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

- Cost Control/Project finances
- QA/OHS
- Procurement
- Contracts Management




- Manage a team of Engineers and Supervisors
- Project programming and scheduling

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Ideally the successful candidate will have:

- A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
- Completed multiple end to end projects
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience with 5 years of project management experience
- Earthworks and roadwork project experience
