We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (at Senior Consultant level) to join our Buildings team in Melbourne.

What You'll Do:

- Working on building projects - hospitals, schools, public infrastructure
- Estimating and monitoring construction costs
- Partnering closely with clients
- Managing project finances against deliverables across multiple projects

What We're Looking For:

- Able to manage priorities across multiple projects
- Experience and knowledge of estimating,



cost planning, value management, tendering and procurement processes
- Ability to produce monthly post-contract reporting, including progress claims, cashflows and variations
- Proficiency using CostX
- Qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
- A team player - we're a multidisciplinary firm and work brilliantly as a broader team
