The successful Site Manager will join a project that is ready to kick off. You must be an experienced Site Manager on high rise residential apartment build projects and with local experience. The successful candidate will work closely with a dedicated project team including a Project Manager and Contracts Administrator. You will not be inheriting any legacy issues, as you will be involved in the project from the very beginning and able to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth project progress.
- Develop and implement construction schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and address any issues promptly.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment to enhance team performance and morale.




- Keep on top of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project compliance.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager running high rise residential apartment build projects in excess of $70M.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
