Work on boutique units and ultra up-to-date homes mostly in the Eastern Suburbs. Quality subbies to work with and modern systems / processes.

Duties;

- All aspects of WHS&E;
- Developing and monitoring short term programmes
- Consulting with Architecs and engineers
- Managing quality and subcontractors
- Material take-offs and ordering
- Training and development of the junior team members

Skills and requirements:

- Carpentry Trade Qualifications
- Cert 4 or Diploma highly regarded
- 5+ years supervising experience on projects $5M+
- Keen eye for detail and have worked on high end finishes
- Proven ability to liaise with staff, sub-contractors and clients
- Strong work history with reliable references
