ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This company is widely regarded as one of Sydney's leading building firms. With over a decade of proven and demonstrated experience delivering high-end bespoke projects across NSW. This building firm specialises in a diverse range of projects including high-end fitout and current build projects valued in the $1M to $30M range across the commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, and residential sectors. As a result of their cemented relationship with countless high profile clients, this company has secured several projects forecasted across the next several years. Due to this continuous project pipeline, they are looking to grow their team with an experienced Site Manager to start immediately!

ABOUT THE ROLE.

This position is to site manage high end fitout/refurb projects. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the project site, it's trades, contractors, and ensure that the project is being delivered within the parameters of excellent WHS, quality, and time management. The role will be well supported by your team, which will consist of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Cadet, and Leading Hand.

DUTIES.

- On-site construction activity management
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation
- Construction program scheduling
- Sub-contractor Management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
- Residential foreman experience highly favourable but not essential
- 5+ years project experience
