Your current company
A South Australian building company who specialises in commercial projects valued up to $15 million, across a variety of sectors. Due to business growth and a continued strong pipeline of work, they are seeking a Site Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.

Your new role
As a Site Manager, you will have numerous duties and responsibilities. These will include, however will not be limited to;

- Building professional and productive relationships with stakeholders
- Coordinating trades, sub-contractors, equipment and materials in line with scheduling requirements
- Organising construction works and delivering quality results within budget
- Reading, analysing and interpreting plans and specifications
- Checking and preparing site reports
- Conducting quality and safety inspections
- Supervising construction workers and sub-contractors

What you'll need to succeed




In order to be successful you will have a minimum of 5 years Site Management experience in delivering commercial construction projects, You will be a strong communicator who has the ability to communicate with those at all levels effectively. The ability to problem solve and think on your feet, while working with integrity and accountability are all essentials for this role. This role will require a Building Supervisors Licence, White Card, Police Clearance and Drivers Licence.
