You'll be humble and calm under pressure. The best Site Managers are those who work collaboratively with those around them to get the best and safest results. You're a stickler for Safety Documentation and take pride in having all safety requirements up to scratch. Extra points if you come from a trade background.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of projects are delivered at a consistently high level and to meet the requirements of the head contract by:

- Establishing and maintaining a quality assurance/control system and ensuring the delivery team understand and implements its requirements
- Managing defect inspections and rectifications throughout the project lifecycle including post practical completion




- Assisting the Project Manager in the project's design detailing and product selection and ensure defect alerts are implemented and repetitive defects are eliminated
- Reviewing documentation throughout the construction process and ensure approval of construction issue drawings and specs
- Reviewing shop drawings to ensure design compliance and buildability issues are identified
- Ensuring the correct application of the Safety Management System across the project and ensuring any significant risks or major non compliances are addressed
- Managing construction site planning including site establishment and materials handling
