About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a tax specialist to join our tax advisory team! This is your chance to be part of something big from the early stages. This role will see you providing specialist tax advice to a wide range of clients from various industries and ranging from start-ups and small businesses through to ASX listed companies. This role also has a unique opportunity to be involved in delivering tax training and mentoring the broader Accounting division. You will be supported in this role by our Director of Tax Advisory and will have plenty of opportunities for learning and development.

Requirements

We want to hear from people who have:

- 3-4 years’ experience working in a tax advisory or consulting role.
- Experience preparing tax advice and undertaking tax research.
- Ability to undertake research of legislation, regulations, and tax ruling/determinations/practice companion guides and understand and apply the results of the research to provide solutions to client tax issues.
- An undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting and/or Law.
- Progressing towards a Graduate Diploma of Applied Tax Law or a Masters of Tax (or a desire to do so).
