Permanent Part Time – 40 hours per fortnight

Classification : Allied Health Discipline Grade 4

Award : Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Health Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021 – 2026

This is an exciting opportunity for an existing staff member to join the Team in Community Services as Team Leader! MDHS Community Services has recently undergone a restructure and as a result this exciting opportunity is on offer.



In this role you will lead an effective Allied Health Team and contribute to the service as a more experienced practitioner.

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

- Embrace and promote the values of MDHS – Genuine, Respect, Excellence, Accountability & Togetherness
- Sound knowledge of Community Health Services
- Skills and expertise in leading and managing small teams to achieve their optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to analyse data effectively
- Basic Life Support Certificate
