HOBAN are working with a State Government Department who are seeking a Building Services Support Officer based in Sydney Olympic Park.

- $30.68 per hour + Superannuation

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Coordination and delivery of consumables, equipment and supplies throughout the building.
- Support facility management through the coordinating of maintenance contractors.
- Provide administrative support for the Building Services team, including obtaining quotes, raising purchase orders, goods receipting and processing of Service Now tickets.
- Support/Assist the reception during times of absence and during major operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- A Certificate II in a relevant discipline (e.g., business administration),



or equivalent expertise
- During periods of major activity, the incumbent may be required to support operational management activities consistent with their skills and background.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, high workload environment, often with conflicting priorities.
- Genuine appreciation and understanding of a volunteer-based community service.
- Physically fit and comfortable with moving office consumables
