They are seeking the services of a highly competent Business Services Manager to service their local clients as well as some of their Brisbane clients.

The position

As part of the business services and taxation management team, your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with overseeing the taxation and business services division
- Servicing a diverse range of business clients providing tax and business services advice
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Preparing FBT returns, BASs and IASs
- Providing complex technical advice
- Supervising a team of accountants
- Reviewing and improving systems and procedures

The successful candidate will

- Be CA or CPA qualified
- Specialise in tax and business advisory services (3 years +)
- Have experience in MYOB and Xero
- Enjoy working with local clients and remotely for Brisbane clients
- Have a big four or second-tier accounting firm background and/or experience in a smaller firm that offers a high standard of service
- Enjoy a work-life balance that allows time for family, friends and interests
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Australian Resident
