We are looking for a detail oriented and passionate customer service professional to bring their skills to a not-for-profit organisation.

This is a hands-on role assist Foodbank Victoria to get the right food, to the right people, at the right time. Use your data entry, invoicing and customer service skills to deliver food to the Victorian community!

Please note, this is a fixed term contract for a period of 10 months.

Not only do we provide food to over 500 charities so they can feed their communities, but our direct distribution of free food is growing at a fast rate. From our 18-metre supermarket on a bus and Farms to Families fresh food regional markets, to our School Breakfast Club Program which now services over 1,000 Victorian schools, our coverage is expanding.

What you’ll be doing:

- Maintain our databases so we know who our customers are, and where we are delivering food.
- Maintain responsibility for our Agency Portal including reviewing listed products, dates and changes to handling fees.
- Act as communication link between our internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of stock into programs and partners.
- Use data provided by the team analyst to review our stock position and prioritise access where necessary.
- Proactively offer stock to agencies to limit wastage.
- Maintain accurate and updated information on Salesforce including customer/agency creation and maintenance.
- Communicate with a variety of internal and external customers.




- Assist agencies and customers with orders as required.
- Prepare reports as requested.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
