The Brisbane Lions are on the lookout for a motivated Consumer Operations Coordinator to join our team based in Melbourne. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about supporting membership and retail operations while delivering exceptional service to our fans.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Inbound membership sales enquiries and providing general information where required.
- Operate the Victorian Lions Shop under the direction of the Merchandise Manager.
- Help coordinate and expand existing supporter groups such as the Historical Society and Cheer Squad.
- Complement existing fan engagement strategies to help build the Club’s supporter base in Victoria.
- Manage the relationship with Fitzroy FC and Fitzroy Juniors and continue to strengthen ties with the Club’s community partners in Victoria.
- Assist in the organisation and management of Victorian based events; match day and non-match day.
- Provide general administration support for the Victorian operations as required.

WHAT YOU NEED:

- Practical experience in operations, sales or event management
- Ability to manage finances and budgetary requirements
- Collaborative, agile team player




- It is desirable that you have previous experience in a sporting industry role and knowledge of CRM and Membership systems (such as Salesforce CRM and Ticketmaster Archtics)

Due to the nature of the industry, the ideal candidate must be flexible in their availability as odd hours, and some weekend work will be required for this role, such as working at games.
