working alongside people experiencing mental illness, family and friends who care for them, and the broader general South Australian community.

Role Overview

Skylight is keen to recruit a Customer Relations Officer as part of the Skylight Customer Relations Team. The role will operate within a contact centre workplace, tasks may include but are not limited to, answering and handling large volumes of phone calls and emails, Scheduling and maintaining service bookings for all Skylight services, responding to general enquires from participants and members of the community, identifying service needs and engaging in administrative functions to support organizational requirements, all within a fast paced environment. The Customer Relations Officer will be required to build and maintain respectful, trusted and compassionate relationships with Skylight participants.

Requirements for Success

• Resilience– allowing you to move from one call to the next remaining calm under pressure.

• Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written and interpersonal.

• Contact centre experience, handling high volumes of phone calls.

• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a proven customer centric attitude





• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to embrace change and strive for continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management databases would be advantageous

• DHS Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Check prior to commencing

• Experience working with or in Mental Health environment or community services will be highly regarded.
