As a Customer Relationship Manager, within the Projects Team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers, handling inbound and outbound phone calls, problem-solving, and objection handling to achieve account resolution. You will be expected to manage commercial workflows, complete required administrative tasks and collaborate with our internal teams to ensure a seamless and effective debt recovery process.
Responsibilities
• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
• Negotiating payment with customers to achieve positive financial outcomes for all
parties.
• Problem solving and objection handling to achieve account resolution
• Manage the projects designated commercial workflow and client requirements
• Liaising with designated clients as and when required to ensure an exceptional
ongoing service delivery level.
• Continue to learn and develop
• Assist with staff training as and when required
• Maintain a strong relationship with all team members
• Ensure that you are always working within the required industry compliance and
regulations.
Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of database platforms
• Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
• Developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence, specifically in displaying respect and empathy.
• Proactive approach to developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong time management skills and multi-tasking skills
• Debt collection process knowledge
• Customer Service experience
