About the Role
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for the front line service delivery to customers requiring information and/or access to the Centre in order to deliver outcomes that will maximise customer retention, optimise facility usage and support positive customer experiences
- Located at Sydney Olympic Park
- This is a casual opportunity
- Salary is $29.97 per hour + employers contribution to superannuation and weekend loadings
About you
You will have:
- Cash handling, EFT transaction processing and Point of Sale reconciliation experience
- Previous experience in a lively customer service workplace
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Availability to work on both week days and weekends
Other details
The successful applicant will need to provide the Sydney Olympic Park Authority with a Working with Children Check number, or make a Working with Children Check application, either on-line or via phone, through the NSW Office of the Children's Guardian.
An application fee of $80 applies.

The successful applicant will be subject to a national criminal records check.
