About the role

Based at our Bathurst branch you will be responsible for building relationships and providing an exceptional level of customer service to our customers with duties including but not limited to;

• Customer enquiries and sales, over the phone and at the front counter
• Trouble shooting customer sales queries and questions
• Upselling and providing quotes to customers
• Sales data entry, general invoicing, administration, purchasing and inventory control

About your experience

We are looking for someone who is customer service focused, has a high attention to detail and who thrives working in a fast-paced friendly environment

You will also have;
• Experience in a similar phone-based customer service role
• The ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skillset
