Australian Truck & 4WD Rentals (Hertz Trucks) is a franchise operation of Hertz Australia. We have 18 locations in Current South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.
About the role
Hertz Trucks requires a motivated Customer Service Representative to work on a casual basis between our locations at Smithfield, Arncliffe, Lidcombe and Campbelltown. The hours may vary but will be around 35 hours per week.
The role is responsible for:
- Creating a pleasant customer experience for our valued customers
- Completing rental and return transactions accurately
- Providing information regarding the rental
- Selling Hertz rental options to our valued customers
Skills and experience
- A full and current driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Experience in retail and sales with the ability to assist customers with rental agreements
- Ability to monitor and organise the fleet on a daily basis
- Sound keyboard skills
- A flexible approach to working hours, and weekend work is required
