A day in the life…
Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for customers at Fines Victoria who need help understanding their options or taking action to manage their fines.
Fines can be scary or confusing for some customers and this critically important role provides you the opportunity to make a positive difference in a customer’s day.
This permanent, full-time role includes 6 weeks of classroom and on the job training and provides you an excellent opportunity to earn while you learn.
You will be supported by experienced Team Leaders in a hybrid work environment.
Reporting to a Team Leader, you will be providing high-level support to customers, ensuring queries are responded to in a friendly and efficient manner.
You have skills like:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Team focused and flexible
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Negotiation and investigative skills
- Knowledge of fines Victoria systems, business rules, processes and procedures
- Experience working within the Aboriginal community (desirable)
You may have previous experience of working in a service driven industry like retail, hospitality or contact centres and thrive in high volume environments. You are comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and programs. A proven ability to meet or exceed targets would also be advantageous.
