About The Role

PERSOLKELLY are seeking a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client who is in the Government Sector. This role is based in Surry Hills. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for acting as a point of contact for customers by providing timely and effective information and referral service.

Your Job Responsibilities

- Resolve staff and customer enquiries via phone/or face to face
- Responsible for cash management facility to customers including cash dispensing, reconciliation and ordering of funds
- Undertake a range of administrative support services relating to the business, including customer matters, word processing and data entry
- Assist the team in preparing correspondence, organizing meetings and events
- Undertake routine financial activities in accordance with relevant practices and standards
- Working with customers with complex needs by liaising with the criminal justice system
- Maintaining sensitivity,



discretion and a professional manner in handling difficult and complex enquiries and issues

Essential Requirements

- Double vaccination certificate
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role is highly regarded
