Your new company

You'll be working for one of Victoria's fastest growing wharf transport carrier. Located in Truganina in Melbourne west, they boast one of the largest fleets of Side loaders in Melbourne.

Your new role

In this role you'll be reporting to the customer service supervisor, as a customer service rep you'll be the primary link between clients and the company's operation. Their main objective is to co-ordinate deliveries and collections with clients as well as responding to daily enquiries via both email and telephone.

Key Duties & Responsibilities will include

- Job entry into the operating system
- Accepting job instructions from clients
- Updating the delivery details
- Working closely with import coordinators and fleet controllers to ensure the requests are met by clients





What you'll need to succeed

- Excellent attention to details
- Prior experience in relation to Wharf Cartage or Freight Forwarding
- Enthusiasm to learn new roles daily
- Able to take ownership of their role
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

What you'll get in return

- Located in a Truganina.
- Paying between $70k - $80k + Super
- Monday to Friday.

- 08:30-5:30 Mon-Fri
