Let’s be real here — there’s good news and bad news.

The bad news first:

- Yes, like all admin roles, there’s hard work involved. You probably knew that already!
- Our expectation is to provide a legendary experience to every customer. That means we get the job done right the first time and keep everyone happy.

But here's the thing: while it can be challenging, we equip our team with the best tools and resources to make sure you can do your job effectively, without feeling overwhelmed. You’ll be part of a supportive team, with access to the latest tech and an open-book culture that allows you to innovate and work in a way that suits you.

Now, the good news:

The work is dynamic, and no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with our founders, Jacko & Mitch, handling customer service, bookings, dispatch, and phone support.

We don’t do stress. While we expect efficiency and getting the job done right, we focus on open communication and a relaxed, no-rush approach.

The hours are pretty great! We operate from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. No overtime and no weekend work. Your personal time is important.

What we need from you:

You’re someone who gets joy from completing tasks and ticking things off your list. You’ll have a full schedule of jobs every day, and your role will be critical to keeping the team running smoothly.

We’re a digital business, so you need to be comfortable with technology.



Even if you’re not a tech guru right now, a willingness to learn is a must.

You’ll be on the phone quite a bit, so excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are non-negotiable. If you enjoy chatting with people and helping them solve their plumbing problems, you’ll love this role.

You’re the kind of person who takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences to customers. Making people feel valued is something that motivates you.

Attention to detail is essential. We’re not looking for someone who rushes through tasks just to finish quickly. Instead, we want someone who slows down, focuses, and gets things done properly.

If you’re meticulous in your work, that’s a big plus. We don’t need the life of the party — we’re after someone who’s fun, reliable, and can get the job done.
