This role will be responsible for:

- Managing customer requests for Stryker's demo products
- Liaising with our sales teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure we can deliver and receive products back on-time
- The physical management of Stryker's demo inventory, conducting cycle counts and ensuring inventory integrity
- Proactively driving continuous improvement and change with a broader business perspective
- Driving performance metrics within the Demo team and filling in for the team lead where needed
