Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their homes or the community, with travel between clients and working short,
split shifts required.ResponsibilitiesSupport clients between Forster and TareeSupport may be within the client's home, 1:1 in the community, or day program centresMedication, personal care and mobility assistanceTransportation to appointments and activities using a company van or your personal vehicleFoster client choice, expression, and daily engagement with the ability to think outside of the boxBuild and maintain supportive relationships with clients and their familiesOccasional sleepover shifts requiredSkills & ExperienceAbility to drive a 10-seater vanUnrestricted Recent South Wales driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleA current First Aid Certificate, which includes the course HLTAID003 or HLTAID011Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check, NDIS and Working with Children.Pay rates starting from $***** (casual) as per the SCHADS AwardWork in a tight-knit, supportive local team with solid community connectionsExperience a variety of client needs and settings, enhancing your skills and career growthFor any other enquiries, contact Caprisse Reid at ******.
