Regular working hours are Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 3:30pm during the school term.The Student Services Officer is a key student-facing role and provides a welcoming and efficient first point of contact for students, parents, visitors and staff.
The role combines customer service with a broad range of student administration and front-of-house responsibilities.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGIn this role, you will:Provide a welcoming, professional and responsive first point of contact for students, parents, visitors and staff.Manage reception, telephone and email enquiries and directing matters appropriately.Support student attendance, sign-in/sign-out, early departures and other student administration.Respond appropriately to student needs,
