As a Client Advisor, you will be an important part of the CQ Audiology team and often the first point of contact for our clients.
You will work closely with our Audiologist to ensure every client receives a friendly, qualified and efficient experience from the moment they contact the clinic through to their ongoing hearing care.Key responsibilitiesWelcome clients and provide exceptional customer serviceAnswer telephone calls and respond to client enquiriesBook, confirm and manage appointmentsProvide day-to-day administrative support to the AudiologistMaintain accurate client records and complete data entryProcess payments and assist with Medicare, private health and relevant hearing service claimsAssist with stock management and orderingLiaise with clients, medical professionals, suppliers and other healthcare providersAssist clients with basic hearing aid enquiries and troubleshooting following trainingHelp maintain an organised,
professional and welcoming clinic environmentAbout youPrevious experience in medical, allied health, reception, administration, customer service or a busy client-facing environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA warm, patient and empathetic approach to clientsStrong computer and data-entry skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisationAbility to prioritise tasks in a busy clinicWillingness to learn about hearing aids and assist clients with basic device supportAbility to work closely with and support the AudiologistExperience with Medicare, private health or healthcare claims would be advantageous, but training can be providedAbout usCQ Audiology is a local independent audiology clinic located in Rockhampton.
